The mirror arrived within 2 -3 days and as they pulled it from the van I immediately realised it was too small. On checking my dimensions I found it was my fault and I had in fact messed up giving them the wrong sizes. The mirror sat around for some time while I decided what to do with it and eventually ordered another mirror, this time making sure I had the sizes exactly right. The new mirror was delivered free, as was the 1st one (admittedly I live fairly close by) and I had arranged for them to collect the old one and re-cut it into a circular shape for me to place elsewhere in my house. I was charged the princely sum of £5 to collect the old mirror, re-cut it and redeliver it the next day (bargain). Very helpful staff, quick service and reasonable prices. They are worth looking up for your custom glass and mirror requirements.
