  This place knows exactly how to rip you off and leave your pockets empty. I brought an aftermarket roof spoiler for my 1 series into the shop and asked the staff several times if they are able to fit it on to my car since it was an aftermarket, there may be issues with fitting etc. They agreed to doing it and fit the spoiler on over a few days. I realised after several days the boot wouldn't open completely because the spoiler was getting in the way! This is something the staff should have checked properly before completing it and sending it back to me.
  
  I went back explaining the problem, in which they removed it and spent a whole week with the car to tell me that they can't fix it as it would be too much labour etc. They then suggested to buy an original spoiler for the full price, while still charging me for incorrectly applying the aftermarket spoiler! No sympathy at all was shown although it was entirely their fault for agreeing to taking on the task in the first place, while making me buy more products from them and ripping me off even more! Terrible place this is, all they want to do is scam people!

  Suppose to be a specialist but can't complete the easiest of jobs correctly, over filling engine oil....charging £150 for a spark plug change....wouldnt recommend and won't be using again
